PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR TENANTS
Application:
Thorough screening of your application assures that this will be an appropriate rental residence for you. Negotiating and explaining all aspects of the lease agreement will make sure you are satisfied with all the terms of the lease.
Move In Costs:
First month's rent and all security deposits must be paid and cleared by our bank prior to move-in. Cashier's check, bank check or money orders are required for application fees, first month's rent and security deposits.
Rent Due:
Rent is due and payable on the first of the month and is late at the close of business on the fifth day of the month. We offer direct deposit of your rent to our bank account if desired. For your convenience you may now also deliver your payments in person to our postal service office. They will put the payment in our box and stamp the time your payment was received. A $75.00 late fee will be assessed on all late payment of rent.
Repairs:
Necessary repairs and maintenance will be done by licensed service people. We expect tenants to maintain the property in the same condition as when they began their lease. However, things break and the responsible party will pay for the repair.

Tenant Rights:
We are committed to make this rental a very pleasant experience, a win-win for both tenant and landlord. You have your right to privacy and reasonable peace and quiet. Please read your lease agreement carefully as all your rights and privileges are spelled out in detail.
